‘Tongue Tied’ is one of West London Deep’s most successful and memorable tracks to date. Tom Stephan made “Tongue Tied” The Big One of the Week on his Kiss FM show. Pete Tong played it as part of his Essential Selection Weekend Hot Mix. Joe T Vannelli, the Pete Tong of Italy, put “Tongue Tied” at the top of his chart. It topped the Office Playlist in DJ Magazine. It appeared on the PIAS/Wall of Sound “Love And Good Times At The Red Bull Mansion” mix CD, free with DJ Magazine and mixed by Mekon. Mekon described it as “Big room gut-busting house”. It was showcased on the first ‘Kiss Podcast – Unsigned’. Steve Smart, who hosts the Kiss 100 Saturday Night Floorfillers Show, said “This track has the oddest vocal usage I have ever heard”. It appeared on ‘The No. 1 Dance Classics Album’ on Ministry’s DecaDance label. It was used by online fashion store Asos to promote it’s Monologue range.
